Please read these Terms of Services carefully before using our website (the “Service”) operated by UAB Velotakas (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

The term “you” refers to the customer (individual, group, agency) visiting our website, booking our tours or experiences, making a reservation through us or otherwise using our services. The term „Services“refers to the experiences, day tours, activities and other services published on our website.

These terms of services, together with our privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”), apply to any use of the Website. Any further use of the Website or any part of it means you have read and understood the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, and agree to be bound by all parts of the Terms of Service.

The information and website contents the Company provides contains material which is owned by or licenses to the Company. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Any reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms of business.

Tours and experiences

The parties agree that the Contract shall apply to all tours and orders placed on Website for all Services by the Company.

feelZcity provides experiences, such as but not limited to tastings, cultural experiences, active tours, walking tours, leisure activities, workshops and other.

A tour, experience or other service will last approximately for the advertised length of time, stated in the product description. Each experience or tour listing has a “Included/Excluded” section. If the customer makes requests that are additional to what was already agreed, this may be able to be accommodated upon request but there may be a price increase to cover the extra level of work or cost.

It is your responsibility to meet your tour or experience at arranged points.


The Company carries personal injuries and accident insurance for bike and e-scooter experiences and tours, insurance for these tours is included in the final price.

We take no responsibility for any injuries or loss to you incurred whilst you are taking part in any optional activities that are outside our tour or experience package. We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive insurance cover for cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money and public liability before you travel. We accept no responsibility for the theft, loss or damage to personal belongings from and at any time during the duration of your tour.


Bookings are placed online on our website, by email or Helpline: +370 618 27926, also bookings are available through our partners and agents.

The booking made online by the customer is confirmed after the full payment is received. Once the booking is made you will be allocated a place/places on the particular experiences and tours and a confirmation message with voucher will be emailed to you. This is your confirmation of booking. This should be printed or saved on your phone and shown upon arrival to the tour or experience.

It is the responsibility of the client to check the accuracy of dates booked upon receipt of their confirmation documents. If any changes are needed, client can contact us by e-mail or phone and we will make changes if possible.
The group order made through the submit and inquire form is confirmed by e-mail only, individually. The bookings made online by partners are confirmed immediately.

The Company may, at its entire discretion, accept or reject (for whatever reason) an order with special requests or amendment of Contract and shall notify the customer of the same.

Cancellation and Refund Policy, Changes

The cancellation policy of the regular experiences and daily tours: the customer can cancel these services without any fee up to 24 hours before it runs. If the Services are cancelled less than 24 hours, the customer won’t get a refund. Please advise us about your cancellation in advance and we will provide our best assistance. Refund could be transferred just into the same bank/PayPal account, where the money came from.

If you cancel your experience within 24 hours you can choose to change your tour to another date (subject to availability).

If you would like to make any changes to the booking, you should contact feelZcity by email or phone. According to availability and other conditions, we will suggest an alternative choice and assist.

Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for weather conditions. No tour can be cancelled by you at any time on the basis of weather conditions (except Extreme Event). We accept no responsibility for weather conditions that may affect the delivery and implementation of our itinerary. We will do our best to provide you with the best services despite the weather conditions.

Payments, Invoices and other Documents

Payment can be made by any of the following methods online: By PayPal, Credit cards or digital wallet. Also, we accept card payments at the tours. It is advised to arrive

All Prices are inclusive of VAT. The Company reserves the right to vary the price at its sole and entire discretion, except for the already made bookings.

The Client should be aware of any transfer fees and exchange rates before completing the transaction. It is the Clients responsibility to ensure that the amount transferred covers the total amount. Any underpayment due to transfer fees or the exchange rate is the responsibility of the Client.

We send documents to our customers by e-mail whenever possible. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee and post costs should you make a request for such documents to be sent as a hard copy.

General provisions

We are constantly striving to make our tours and experiences even better, therefore should attractions open or become open to us, that we feel will enhance your experience of our city then we reserve the right to include these in your best interests.
We reserve the right to launch amended /brochures in the public domain at any time. We reserve the right to decrease the price of our tours at any time.
This contract and all matters arising out of it are governed by Lithuanian law. We both agree that any dispute, claim or other matter which arises out of or in connection with this contract will be dealt with by the Courts of the Republic of Lithuania only. Changes to these Terms of Services will only be valid if agreed by feelZcity in writing.
