What languages are available?
Please check the chosen activity for the available languages. All of our activities are available in English, Morning coffee tour and Artsy Vilnius also have German language on specific days, and we have one special city tour in Russian. Other languages are available for any of the tours on request. Please contact us directly and we will do our best to help you with your inquiry.

Is there any chance that regular feelZcity booking may be cancelled due to the small number of bookings?
We have regular tour schedule and regular tours. There is no minimum requirement for the number of the persons at the experience. And we will provide you with the same best service if there are only 1- 2 persons at the tour.

How can I pay for feelZcity experiences?
If you buy our products on our website, you can pay by credit card or paypal. In case, you have your reservation made at the hotel, you can pay by card at our tour. Please, arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of the experience to make your payment. We are sorry to inform you that feelZcity does not accept cash payments.

Do I need to show the order confirmation?
The order confirmation or voucher is issued for every order. Please take print or mobile version of it with you and show it for our personnel, when you come for the experience.

How can I cancel or make changes to my order?
You can cancel your order up to 24 hours before the start of the activity. If you want to change the date or make any other amendments, please contact us directly by e-mail info@feelzcity.com and we'll do our best.

Can I book feelZcity tours for my group of people only as the private tour?
Yes, absolutely. You are welcome to contact us directly and we will be happy to organize any of our products and help with any of your additional requests (transfers, hotels, routes, rentals, events, individual experiences or just friendly advice).
